"Oh... the first $XXX didn't fix it - well you probably need our $up-sell product range." Repeat until poor....

  Hmm, I'd think that they get a list of what events Government ministers are speaking at, maybe even a copy of the intended speech, but whether anyone would pay any attention is another matter. The ministers have their own little publicity machine, after all. It's a bit like the Kendle store. Some poor bugger has to take the trouble to read the stuff, and decide what is worth bothering with....

  A bit like how I'll take recommendations from any regular poster here as worth the effort to check on-line sources and reviews, and quite possibly worth investing in a paperback or two....
