Forgive the carp, but by what possible geographical measure is Australia a western anything? "First world democracy", yes, but bar NZ I can't find anything much further Eastward than Australia!...

I don't do online banking, never have and never will. I know enough about banking IT to worry about the bankers more than the scammers. Also, my government is not the Australian one, I was just in Australia when I posted. I am now in France, but that is still not my government....
