Using Laundry's temporal data feed to submit a contest entry after the contest's end date is a direct violation of sec 34 part d: "using Laundry computing facilities to violate any laws" Please note that it does not say "engage in any illegal activities"; time-forging of data is not illegal, but it does violate laws....
