We're all dying, so most of us sooner or later go through the thought processes of deciding what to do with our remaining time, as soon as we get the freedom to make our own decisions rather than just reacting to necessity. For me it comes down to this. Either I matter or I don't. If I don't matter (like if there is no meaning to life or if I am insignicant) then I might as well just follow instinct and be selfish. Having some free time, I spent the weekend building a target range (sawed up a tree with my Woodmizer sawmill, made some 2x4's and viola!) Turns out with a proper scope, I can hit a golf ball at 100 feet with a .22 caliber bullet, repeatedly. So, I possess the skills, but going after someone with the intention of ending their life doesn't really ever enter into my world view. I'd sell my possessions and travel, probably by renting a room on a cargo container ship....
